GRATED RIND OF 1/2 LEMON
1 TSP SALT
PEPPER AND DASH NUTMEG
WHILE THE OVEN IS PREHEATNG TO 375 DEGREES
SAUTE ONION & CELERY IN OIL.
MIX IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS.
PLACE 2 FILLETS ON THE BOTTOM OF AN OILED BAKING DISH.
SPREAD DRESSING OVER FISH AND TOP WITH REMAINING FILLETS.
DUST WITH PAPRIKA,DOT WITH BUTTER AND BAKE FOR 40 MIN.
