2 Stalks celery; finely
.. chopped
1 Leek; finely chopped
1 Onion; diced
2 tb Butter
1/2 lb White Fish fillets; chopped
1 qt Water
1/2 lb Crabmeat
1/2 c Dry white wine
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts White pepper
1 ts Curry powder
1 ts Fines herbes
1/2 c Chopped parsley

saute celery, leek, and onion in butter for 3
minutes. Add fish and water to pot; simmer 15
minutes. Remove fish pieces with slotted spoon.
Strain broth. Return fish and stock to pan. Add
crabmeat to pot. Stir in wine, salt, pepper, curry
powder, and herbes; bring to a boil, then
remove from heat. Serve sprinkled with parsley
