You need 2 pounds of Fish
2 cups of shredded carrots
1 cup of chopped celery
1 cup of evaporated milk
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup of italian bread crumbs
step 1 spray pam on bakeing dish.spread half of the vegetable mixture on the bottom of dish.
Then add the fish.
now the rest of the vegetables
now put bread crumbs over top.
last pour the milk over and bake it uncoverd at 350deg.
for 45 min. add salt and pepper to taste.makes 4 severings.enjoy
