2-tsp butter
2-c sliced mushrooms
2/3 c ricitta cheese
2-oz.mozzarella cheese diced
dash of pepper,salt and garlic
2-pita bread 1 oz each
melt butter in skillet.add mushrooms and saute untill tender.in bowl combine mushrooms with ricotta and mozzarella cheeses.season with salt,pepper,garlic.cut opening at edge of pita to form pocket.spoon 1 portion of cheese mixture into each pita pocket.wrap each stuffed pita in foil and bake at 350 deg for 15 min.
